The hotel is in a nice building adjacent to the airport, Smiths Falls, and downtown. Great location close to everything in town.3. It's just a 15-minute walk from the Rideau Canal Visitor Centre.

Good stay, as always. Nice swimming pool area and great breakfast with a coffee machine and hot options, as example. Very quick check-in and friendly customer service. Everything well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Rideau Canal Visitor Centre. Our double room with a whirlpool was ready for us upon check-in.

Great service, bright double room with whirlpool, a microwave and deep cleaning- sheets. Very quick check-in, good and excellent location close enough to restaurants, downtown and Smiths Falls due to the impending legalization of marihuana the next day. Also, to a great restaurant.

Pool furniture was old, tired & unappealing....pool itself was lovely.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable and better than expected.

Room is very basic for the price. No snacks or drinks available in room; not even water bottles which I found very strange.

The rooms were bright, had whirlpools, included coffee makers and microwaves, and the staff was friendly.
